Mencas sacepums

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cod fillets
  • Wheat flour
  • Butter
  • Boiled potatoes
  • 100 g cream sauce
  • Onion
  • Dried overgrown breast
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:

The fish is cut into pieces, rubbed with salt, coated in flour and fried in butter. Fry dried meat with onions on a heated pan, add pepper.

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into rounds. Arrange the ingredients in a pan and pour over the cream sauce. Place in a heated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetable salad or pickles.
