Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg of herring fillets
- 50 g wheat flour
- Oil
For the marinade:
- 2 small onions
- Peppercorns, bay leaves
- Salt, sugar
- Table vinegar (2-3 tablespoons)
Preparation:
Fry herring fillets coated in flour in a heated pan. Arrange them in a container and pour the cooled marinade over them and put them in the refrigerator.
For the marinade, you will need chopped onions, pepper, bay leaf. Boil spices in water, add salt and sugar to taste. When the marinade has cooled down a little, add table vinegar to taste.
